Course Curriculum
Hi! I’m Amy, founder of Life and Wellness With Amy and the creator of Clarity | Confidence | Create. I love yoga, hiking, and helping women transform their lives!
Being a life coach and a yoga teacher was never the plan. I had big dreams as a kid and was confident that I could make my dreams come true. But then BIG life-stuff happened and I allowed a series of self-destructive habits, stemming from a lack of self-love, low self-esteem and feelings of unworthiness, keep me from realizing my full potential. It wasn’t until I found myself sitting under the dining table, drinking wine from the bottle and crying to my dog that I finally started to do the personal growth work that led me to discovering my purpose.
I spent a decade going from therapist to therapist and reading one self-help book after another. I took what felt like a million online courses, trying this and trying that, hoping to find something that filled me with passion. It wasn’t until I started practicing yoga and meditating consistently that the magic started to fill my heart.
Ultimately, through the process of coaching and yoga I learned that when you have self-love, you make better decisions about your life. Using the techniques I teach in this course, I discovered my purpose, built my confidence and changed my life.
Now I use yoga and coaching as tools to help other women, like me, who struggle to get themselves on a path toward realizing their goals. I help women learn to set boundaries, boost their confidence and create a life they love.
